Each one of us is unique, so we can’t expect everyone’s definition of well-being to be the same. My Wellness Bucks is a wellness reimbursement program sponsored by your employer that allows you to define what a healthy lifestyle means to you and get reimbursed for the types of wellness activities you want to do.

Your employer has built your My Wellness Bucks program specifically for your company. To learn more about whether you’re eligible to participate in the program, reimbursement amount and frequency, and eligible expenses, please refer to your program guide.

Wellness Reimbursement

Through this program you can get reimbursed for eligible wellness expenses, as defined in your program guide. Submitting your expenses is easy!

 

Here’s how it works:

Step One: Visit your company's reimbursement page
Step Two: Complete the form and attach your receipt
Step Three: Click submit
Once you’ve submitted your request, you will receive an email within 72 business hours notifying you if your request has been approved or denied. If your request is denied, the email will explain the reason why.
